Stress-Free

We guarantee a stress-free experience no matter what you order. When you decide to support us, we don't take that lightly. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If you receive a package that has clear external damage, please take a picture of the box before opening it.

To request a return, refund, or replacement email: support@mentalhouseplants.com

with the following information

  • Your order receipt
  • A picture of the damaged item
    • Not Required If Requesting Return Of New Apparel Item. See Important notes below for more information.
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Request type - Return, Refund, or Replacement
    • Request a Refund or Replacement For Plant Orders.
    • If Replacement Is Requested & No Shipping Information Is Stated In Said Request, Replacement Will Be Sent To The Same Address As The Initial Order.

We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email, Monday through Friday. If someone is available, we will respond on weekends but this cannot be guaranteed.

Important Notes:

  1. Gift cards are non-refundable.
  2. When ordering a plant(s) during the cold season (if there is one) in your state, a heat pack is required to be eligible for a refund if the plant is delivered with cold-damage.
  3. All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
  4. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method automatically unless a gift card is desired.
  5. It can take up to 15 days for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your return, please contact support@mentalhouseplants.com
  6. If you receive apparel with a manufacturing error, such as misprint, sizing error, etc., please provide us with a photo of the product, a description of the error, and your order number. It is important this photo is clear, and the error is obvious in the picture in order for our supplier to send you a reprint at no additional cost to you.
  7. If your apparel order is defective, damaged, or has an error related to manufacturing, we will accept your return free of charge to you as long as you provide sufficient images.
  8. If you'd like to return your apparel order for reasons beyond the responsibility of our manufacturer & delivery service, you may be required to pay shipping and handling charges.
